Took my truck in for a transmission issue. They went above and beyond and thoroughly went through the truck pointing out other issues that will need to be fixed post transmission. Dave wanted to give me a good idea of the amount it would cost to keep my truck on the road so I could decide the worth of the truck before I began with the transmission. The truck is older and has over 200k miles so I really appreciated the up front honestly rather than just fixing my first problem and then listing more. Highly recommend this shop!

Loved that they kept in constant communication with text and photos of all the needs of the vehicle. Were able to get us in immediately for work.

Dave answered my initial inquiry promptly with knowledge and professionalism. He was honest with the work that needed to be done and straightforward with all of the procedures. Plus I got a full inspection/report complete with pictures and written information about my vehicle. I don’t know of anywhere else that does that.

Dave responded quickly to my email. Offered to do an inspection for the problem the next day. Parts were ordered and problem fixed on day 2! Very professional, explained everything and very reasonably priced. I am happy to have found TrueCare! Sheila

I'm always looking for an honest/good place to service my vehicles as have many different makes. Dave and his team are awesome and can't say enough about the service you will receive. They don't push service/repair not needed and respond quick with quest./concerns. They have the knowledge to get it done and even send photos. Highly recommend !!

Dave is honest ,knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend TrueCare Automotive! I brought my 2006 Lexus to TrueCare Automotive to get the timing belt replaced. The dealer said it needed replacing when I had it in for servicing. Dave checked the car and saw when it was done last. He calculated that it should still be good for another forty thousand miles. That made me so happy! This saved me $1,100 that Dave estimated would cost me to have it done at his place. The Lexus dealer wanted $1,800 to replace the timing belt. I also had Dave do an inspection of the car and he found a small radiator leak. The dealer never found this. The engine was also running loud and Dave was able to fix that problem without charging me. This is the place to go for a trusted Mechanic. I brought my car here because of all the five star ratings, and I'm glad I did. Thanks TrueCare Automotive, You guys are the Best!
