Best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. Dave is great -- he sent me a full report of my car's condition, including pictures! Very helpful. He recommended several repairs that were all very reasonably priced, and was responsive via call and text. At one point, after further inspection, he even mentioned that a repair he had previously recommended actually wasn't necessary! I've never had a mechanic do that, usually they just bill you unnecessary work! I've been to a lot of mechanics, and I'll never go to another one that's not Dave.

Unfortunately I have had to have my car towed to TrueCare Automotive again. Let me start by saying this most recent problem has nothing to do with the work completed at TrueCare Automotive. I have a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and I've had nothing but problems with it since the engine went out 2yrs after purchasing it. I can't say enough great things about the workmanship, professionalism and extra mile that Dave Long and his crew go to for their clients. I wish I had called on them long before I did. Don't waste another minute looking for that needle in the haystack. TrueCare Automotive is your diamond in the rough.

Not from the area, but was planning on buying a car out here and Dave helped me out with a pre-purchase inspection. Super nice guy who actually cares about his business to make sure every customer leaves sarisfied. He went through the car very detailed to find any problems and then listed them all down for me to have plus a one on one phone call going thru everything with me!
