After enjoying the holidays and a mother of 5 kids I didn't have alot of money. I needed my blendor actuator replaced and have been putting it off for months now because my dad paid 1500 for his. When I called True Care they offered to take a look at it briefly without the hassle of a diagnostic fee and very thorough and greatly priced as I walked out paying only 358 as compared to my dad's 1500. I am very blessed to have contact them, they are very friendly and all around a great place I recommend them 💯 and when I have future problems they wil definitely be my home shop. I am 68 and this is the first review Ive ever provided. Dave and the team at TrueCare Automotive are to be trusted for superior and honest auto repairs. Our 2017 CRV had blown a head gasket. Dave provided a video of coolant leaking into a cylinder and removed any doubt. That clarity was not made available at an unnamed Honda dealership Service Department that quoted a very high cost. Daves original quote was less than the dealership. Upon completion of the repair, the final invoice was substantially less than Daves initial quote because it took less time in labor. This level of honesty speaks volumes of TrueCares integrity and community service. The final cost was 25% less than a dealership. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is difficult, and I have found mine.

I took my car in for fluid leaking and a gas smell. They accessed the issue and Dave called me about the issue, explaining it in detail. They kept the promise on the schedule, and they did whatever took by the day. Entire service was beyond and above, and so impressed. Thank you, Truecare automobile.

Had "Inspection Now" on my VW dash, so asked them for a quote. Fair price, nice employees. This place checks EVERYTHING, including my license plates rattling! Turns out I only needed spark plugs for now Transmission flush was quoted fairly, and I'll go back to do that in a few months.
