This shop is excellence in action ! Very modern with a full texted report on their findings , great speed at getting parts & doing the install. Very honest assessment of which repairs are urgent and which you can hold off on . Even noticed i had a nail in my tire 😳. Very quick at finding the source of the problem once given all the facts….. that comes from years in the business . I even got a change oil date sticker on my windshield! I wouldnt take my car 🚗 anywhere else

TrueCare Automotive advertises that they will clearly communicate what needs to be done, but won't push you to do more that is necessary for your needs. That was EXACTLY our experience! We had a car that we had to decide if it was worth the repair investment and, working closely with Dave and the team, we determined it wasn't. We didn't feel pressured to do more at all and were so grateful for their expertise and extraordinary customer service!

Had been taking my car to another mechanic in Placerville for years, but was told I would need to go elsewhere to get my Transmission serviced. I was told from my last mechanic the transmission fluid was "super burnt" and I would need a transmission rebuild/repair. True Care was booked out about 10 days (only down side to this review), but were able to change the fluid, and hopefully we caught the problem before it became a real issue. The gal running the office is a GEM and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the shop. I have a feeling I will be using these guys in the future. I guess they just moved to a new location, its a very centrally located and aesthetically very cool!
