The replacement quote I received from Truecare Automotive was less than half that at the other shop and completed in just half the time!! They completed the work in 3 hours labor when the other shop quoted 6.5 hrs labor. Being new to the area, I felt like we were being taken advantage of from the other shop. Wow! Best auto shop I've ever been to. I typically don't trust mechanics, but this place knows what they are doing. They are honest, fair and can figure out and solve the problem quickly. I tried to tackle a maintenance issue with my truck, but ran into some issues and could not complete the job. I took my truck to TrueCare Automotive and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and were HONEST! I would definitely recommend using them. We plan on taking all of our cars to them from now on. Thank you!
