To be honest I wasn't looking forward to take my car to the shop but Dave made the process so easy, he asked questions to figure out what was wrong with the car (had AC issues which he found out it was a valve leak, and the driver side tire was cut) after asking a couple questions he gave me estimate, causes, and different scenarios that could happen when they test different parts and what he is going to do step by step. Great experience at Truecare Automotive. He doesn't change tires but Dave called a tire shop for me and got prices and all the info I needed, he went above and beyond. Truecare Automotive is nice and clean shop and Dave is very helpful and knowledgeable. If you need a trust wordy mechanic Dave is one of the best.(trust me I've worked the industry) Thank you Dave.

Drove by to ask what it would cost to replace my PVC hoses if I brought them parts, was at the end of their day Friday saying I would be happy to come back Monday but he was willing to take care of it right on the spot so I went over to O'Reilly really quick (felt like it took O'Reilly longer to find the right hose type) got the hoses and back to TrueCare was done within 30 min overall very reasonable price. Will definitely be taking my truck back here for more service needs.

Dave at TrueCare Automotive is so professional and great to work with. He always makes sure you’re informed and aware of time and cost both before and during the work being done. We’ve had both our cars there and our older 2004 Mercedes had lots of issues and in the end is running like new...better than when we bought it! We highly recommend Dave....great guy and terrific business!!
