My wife's SUV was having coolant leaks and we couldn't figure out where they were coming from. I took the SUV into TrueCare and Dave was able to pop the hood and make a quick recommendation on what the issue was. He also pointed out some other areas of concern that either needed immediate attention or should be monitored. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done and had my SUV fixed and ready to be picked up the same day I dropped it off. Always good to have a mechanic that is trustworthy. I also really liked that he provided a write-up of the recommended fixes and estimated costs so that we can get them scheduled in the near future.

Hands down the most honest mechanic ive met. Honesty is a big one for me. Second he is very fair with his rates. Ive had a few quotes done and they cant be beat. If your looking for the best mechanic and price look no further. I will always be a customer after our first experience. Thank you for genuinely working with us and our warranty fiasco.

As I've always said, if you want something done right, do it yourself. Except true care automotive. They can't be beat, I've called around. Most importantly the honesty, it's hard to find. Dave has been nothing but helpful concerning our warranty fiasco and just overall, impressed. Rock solid shop. I will be a returning customer!
