Not my first review of TruCare, just an additional restatement of what a reliable high quality and reasonably priced repair facility David Long runs. We started getting alerts that the washer fluid reservoir was empty. It seemed strange that this could happen so soon, but I purchased a gallon of washer fluid and refilled it. A couple days later, and the condition recurred. A check of our garage floor showed a sizable blue spot where fluid was leaking. Mercedes makes every repair difficult for the end user, so I once again turned to our trusted TruCare Automotive service to take care of this. After requesting an appointment online, I soon received a scheduled date and time. VM was confirmed with email and text. Mr Long kept us in the loop, letting us know the progress of parts order, estimated repair costs, and completion time. As always, the costs were very reasonable, and the repair completed promptly.
