I couldn’t be happier going with True Care auto. My 2018 STi was broken down and they fixed me up right and it has never drove or ran better. I can’t thank these guys enough for getting me in and out in a good matter of time. Dave was very communicative and honest with me through the whole time. Amazing work!

Not my first review of TruCare, just an additional restatement of what a reliable high quality and reasonably priced repair facility David Long runs. We started getting alerts that the washer fluid reservoir was empty. It seemed strange that this could happen so soon, but I purchased a gallon of washer fluid and refilled it. A couple days later, and the condition recurred. A check of our garage floor showed a sizable blue spot where fluid was leaking. Mercedes makes every repair difficult for the end user, so I once again turned to our trusted TruCare Automotive service to take care of this. After requesting an appointment online, I soon received a scheduled date and time. VM was confirmed with email and text. Mr Long kept us in the loop, letting us know the progress of parts order, estimated repair costs, and completion time. As always, the costs were very reasonable, and the repair completed promptly. I continue to give TruCare Automotive my highest recommendation. David Long operates a quality business that will serve all your automotive needs. Just give him a call.

Problem needing addressing was an air conditioner that wan’t working in a 2002 Chevy Suburban. Dave diagnosed the broken compressor belt immediately, and fixed the problem expeditiously. He charged a fair price, and communicated well. Overall, he is an honest person who works hard and knows his stuff. I will start to take my commuting cars to him.

Great service! My A/C is blowing at an arctic temperature. The staff was pleasant and the price was affordable. I got a free Carfax too so that was nice!
