I am blown away at the kindness that was shown to me by Dave! He wanted to make sure I knew how to get the coolant in my car that it needed later and showed me how to get to the area and open it! Honestly I had no idea prior, so he took the time to help me know what to do because I was going to need to do it before I was able to fix my car. Thank you!!

After having absolutely terrible experiences at other auto repair places in the area, and getting ripped-off, we brought our car to true care, and Dave. I won't take our cars anywhere but there from now on. Dave was down to earth, practical, and possess's a rare trait in auto mechanic's around here, integrity and honesty. He is straight, and to the point, but you can tell that he understands things from a customers perspective. I am so relieved we've found someone we can completely trust. I am going to recommend this shop to anyone who asks me. If you have a problem with your car or truck and you would like to really find out exactly what is wrong, without the shop padding the bill, or telling you your car needs this and that(when it doesn't) then I would encourage you to bring your car or truck here. This shop is one rare auto repair business, they have integrity, honesty, and don't overcharge. Best shop around.

The replacement quote I received from Truecare Automotive was less than half that at the other shop and completed in just half the time!! They completed the work in 3 hours labor when the other shop quoted 6.5 hrs labor. Being new to the area, I felt like we were being taken advantage of from the other shop.
