I had a great experience getting my e92 M3 oil changed. Dave was really helpful and made me feel confident he would take care of my car. I am very particular with this car as I used to managed the maintenance myself for years. He even sent me home with extra oil, which he didn’t have to do. I will definitely come back here.

I have been to 2 different shops that couldn't figure out my problem took it to TrueCare figured it out in few hours had it fixed by next day .

We were exceedingly satisfied with the very professional service we received from TruCare Automotive. David listened carefully when we described the issues I was having with a 'clunking' noise I was hearing when driving my Subaru Outback over bumps in the road and the low beams not being bright enough at night (turns out the lights had been installed improperly) in addition to the regular servicing the car needed. I am delighted that my car runs better, I can see the road better at night and no more clunking on bumpy roads. We will be using TruCare Automotive for all future servicing of our vehicles. Great experience for IID installation

Great customer service! They explained all the work that was needed, in an understanding and informational way. Showed me the piece that were replaced. And all around nice guys! Thanks!

The car I brought in needed a big list of repairs. This place helped approach the repairs strategically to avoid putting too much money into things that would be pointless based on how certain repairs pan out. The owner, Dave, kept strong communication the whole time, and even stayed after hours so I could tow the car there. This is the second vehicle of mine Dave has repaired, and has been quality work every time. If you are looking for an honest, and top notch mechanic, look no further. True Care Automotive is the place.

To be honest I wasn't looking forward to take my car to the shop but Dave made the process so easy, he asked questions to figure out what was wrong with the car (had AC issues which he found out it was a valve leak, and the driver side tire was cut) after asking a couple questions he gave me estimate, causes, and different scenarios that could happen when they test different parts and what he is going to do step by step. Great experience at Truecare Automotive. He doesn't change tires but Dave called a tire shop for me and got prices and all the info I needed, he went above and beyond. Truecare Automotive is nice and clean shop and Dave is very helpful and knowledgeable. If you need a trust wordy mechanic Dave is one of the best.(trust me I've worked the industry) Thank you Dave.
