Bought a used Honda Civic Hybrid and unfortunately the previous owner didn’t tell me it needed a lot of work. The left rear Shock needed replacement, CVT fluid change out and potentially the transmission, running some tests. True Care took GREAT care of us. Took care of us. Happy with the work and HONESTY. A very fortunate day for me was when my Ford 4 by 4 truck was towed to TRUECARE Automotive. Dave got right on it and told me what had to be done gave me estimate., I told him I had a warranty company for the repairs. Dave said he would call them for me and give them the estimate. Dave reported back to telling me they were not going to cover the truck. Dave took the time & patience to deal with the warranty company and me. Dave was able to help me deal with the warranty company and complete the repairs. I would highly recommend TRUE CARE AUTOMOTIVE TO EVERYONE. Not often you find a repair shop who will go the extra mile for their customers.
