I have an F150 with 50K miles and it was having an "electronic fit" and randomly shutting off power while driving. My experience with Dave Long (the owner) was outstanding. He got me in within a day, provided me with several options/prices, he had the part shipped and it arrived within 90 minutes. Installed and completed the job 2 hours later. He even send a text message with a link to a full report on my car and performed a free total assessment on my vehicle. Dave is honest, and has a very straightforward and trustworthy communication style, which I really appreciated. He isn't trying to sell you anything you don't need and he will try to save you money. Made a huge improvement in how my car is driving. His sign in the entry way says it all--it indicates that the service you get will indeed be "true"--meaning in accordance with fact and reality, honest, and genuine and "care"--meaning the provision of what is necessary for the health of someone or something. Great company that lives up to his namesake. He will be our new regular mechanic.

We were able to get our car towed and with the same day estimate and followed up next day with repair and pick up . We especially liked their summarized email including pictures and detailed estimate of repairs ! We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them !
