I called to have the battery of my car replaced, and I could not get to his shop, so he made an after hours house call! He is amazing, very accommodating and honest , when I asked him about another car's repairs needed.

My wife's SUV was having coolant leaks and we couldn't figure out where they were coming from. I took the SUV into TrueCare and Dave was able to pop the hood and make a quick recommendation on what the issue was. He also pointed out some other areas of concern that either needed immediate attention or should be monitored. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done and had my SUV fixed and ready to be picked up the same day I dropped it off. Always good to have a mechanic that is trustworthy. I also really liked that he provided a write-up of the recommended fixes and estimated costs so that we can get them scheduled in the near future.

Hands down the most honest mechanic ive met. Honesty is a big one for me. Second he is very fair with his rates. Ive had a few quotes done and they cant be beat. If your looking for the best mechanic and price look no further. I will always be a customer after our first experience. Thank you for genuinely working with us and our warranty fiasco.

As I've always said, if you want something done right, do it yourself. Except true care automotive. They can't be beat, I've called around. Most importantly the honesty, it's hard to find. Dave has been nothing but helpful concerning our warranty fiasco and just overall, impressed. Rock solid shop. I will be a returning customer!

Amazing service, Dave has been working on my vehicles for years and always lets me know everything that he finds wrong with my vehicle and prints a quote and let's me decide what I need fixed rather than pushing me to repair more than I came in for. He is very knowledgeable and the repairs are always done quickly and accurately. I have had many less than stellar experiences with other shops, and believe me, TrueCare Automotive is truly in a class by itself!

I wanted to let everyone know that TrueCare Automotive is solid. They are a new company owned by our good neighbor Dave Long. My AC quit on me at the worst time. Every day I was upset because of the Heat. I got several quotes from around our neighborhood automotive shops and it ranged from $1600 - $2600. Each I can also tell you that those shops that gave me quotes they were over the phone or I went in person and never got a written quote nor did they physically check my car. I posted on nextdoor to see if anybody knew a good repair shop for AC's and Dave responded. I took a chance. I liked that he was our neighbor and local. He hooked my car up, found out the issues and got a quote. Simple as that. His quote came in under the other shops and his work was superb. I brought my car in this morning and it was done by the afternoon. I got to drive my car home and had to turn down my AC because I got a little chilly.
