I wanted to let everyone know that TrueCare Automotive is solid. They are a new company owned by our good neighbor Dave Long. My AC quit on me at the worst time. Every day I was upset because of the Heat. I got several quotes from around our neighborhood automotive shops and it ranged from $1600 - $2600. Each I can also tell you that those shops that gave me quotes they were over the phone or I went in person and never got a written quote nor did they physically check my car. I posted on nextdoor to see if anybody knew a good repair shop for AC's and Dave responded. I took a chance. I liked that he was our neighbor and local. He hooked my car up, found out the issues and got a quote. Simple as that. His quote came in under the other shops and his work was superb. I brought my car in this morning and it was done by the afternoon. I got to drive my car home and had to turn down my AC because I got a little chilly. We had our 2015 Subaru serviced there, and I learned so much about the car, including things the dealer never told us. Everything was really clear and straight forward, and the work was excellent. It's really conveniently located too, just off Hwy 50.

TrueCare Automotive is a great new shop, very clear explanations and quality work. Got my Subaru 60k service done, very convenient!

Great service ,very friendly and knowledgeable staff.I had my Toyota truck serviced for 90K schedule maintenance.they went over the recommendation of the manufacturer, Inspected the truck did not try to upsell .thanks to Dave for the great service. I will be coming back again.
