TrueCare Automotive is an honest shop that does outstanding work. David is a knowledgeable mechanic who charges fair rates and gets the job done on time as promised. He explained everything in simple terms and includes a service where photos are provided of the damaged parts to be replaced. I have had my share of auto repairs over the years and this was my first time having my vehicle serviced at TrueCare Automotive. They have EXCEEDED all of my expectations in their Professionalism, Integrity, and Quality of work. I HIGHLY recommend TrueCare Automotive. It is clear that they take pride in the work as if it were their own vehicle and make a point to provide excellent customer service. After years of using a large dealer/service organization (that begins with "N") and suspecting I was paying too much for too little I finally decided to go local. Very impressed with David. He is attentive, explains everything he finds - with photos! And he does not oversell but does the necessary work efficiently at a fair price.... I highly recommend TrueCare.

I have an F150 with 50K miles and it was having an "electronic fit" and randomly shutting off power while driving. David at TrueCare did the research, isolated the problem to be the throttle body and had me back on the road in one day. I'm very happy with the outcome and the high level of service. Thanks David!!

I went to TrueCare based on neighbors great reviews on the NextDoor app and I was not disappointed. I had a random electrical problem with my F150. David at TrueCare isolated the problem and had me back on the road in one day at a very fair price. I will be a return customer for maintenance and repairs.
