We’re new to the area and we needed to find a good/honest mechanic. I inquired with Dave (the owner) regarding the work needed. He listened to my requests then laid everything out of what he would do. He later phoned to let me know the work had been completed, he informed us that some repairs were unnecessary and the price of the repairs had been adjusted. He could have easily performed the repairs not needed and charged us. He didn’t. That means a lot to me…! Thanks Dave, see you again…! 😎🇺🇸

David and his team are the best. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Honest, efficient and totally trustworthy and his office staff are equally professional and helpful.

Definitely a place to take your car to for a repair! Amy got the part ordered immediately; it came in a day early. Dave slapped the part in, quickly, upon my arrival. He ended up cutting the cost to the insurance company (not me) by over 13%! Great job, True Care Automotive! Will see you again!

Good job again

I had a situation with my car that was missing very bad I need the car for work I contacted true care at about 3:30 in the afternoon on Thursday December 19th. They were very sympathetic to my needs told me to have it towed in and that they would take a look at it and give me an estimate in the morning by 10:00 the next morning I had a call for him stating the issue with the car and they could have it completed for me by the end of the day on Friday the 20th! Their service is incredible and I believe that they're very honest in their repairs!

We have been taking our cars to Dave at TrueCare for years now - we never worry about the outcome - his expertise is always appreciated. My husband's work car recently needed 'emergency' care - it was towed to TrueCare and it was treated with True Care. They are fabulous, fast, and friendly.

This was my first time using TrueCare and had a very good experience. Dave provided updates along the way so I knew what was going on with the vehicle. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
